During your workouts or races, Edge displays all the data you need in real time on customizable data fields. You can sync your trainings and workouts with Garmin Connect or TrainingPeaks. In addition, the Edge provides daily workout suggestions based on your training load and your personal VO2 max. The Garmin ClimbPro feature gives you all the information you need about the climbs ahead of you, and with MTB Dynamics you get insight into your Flow and jumps while cycling on trails.
